Why are the numbers split by “or”?
Because your credits sit in one shared pool. On Pro you get 1,400 credits a month, and you can spend them on 280 product photos, 46 Wall Art sets, or any mix of the two. The numbers don't add up — each one answers “how many would I get if I spent every credit on this?”
What happens when I run out of credits?
Tools won't start a job your balance can't cover — you're warned before anything is generated. You then have two options: upgrade your plan, or buy an add-on credit pack (on paid plans: 50 credits at $5, 100 credits at $10, 300 credits at $27). Credits you buy never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
Do unused credits roll over to next month?
Plan credits don't: they reset at each renewal and the new period's credits are loaded. Add-on packs you buy and your 25 free signup credits are never wiped. When you spend, plan credits are used first, so your permanent credits are the last to go — they're there when a busy month needs them.
How do credits work on a yearly plan?
All twelve months of credits are loaded at once on your billing date: 5,880 credits on Growth yearly, 16,800 on Pro and 42,000 on Scale. That lets you spend more in busy months and less in quiet ones, at your own pace. Anything left unused resets when the yearly plan renews.
What happens if I change my plan?
When you upgrade, the difference is billed right away and extra credits for the rest of the period are added. When you downgrade, the change applies immediately and plan credits for the remaining period are reduced proportionally. Credits you bought separately are never touched, whichever way you switch.
How do I fix a listing that isn't selling?
Listing Scorecard grades your live Etsy listing: it checks the title, tags and description against clear rules and shows tags competitors use that you're missing. Fix it in one click, preview the before and after, then update it on Etsy. Paid plans include 50 free scorecards a day, and every change can be undone.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel whenever you like — there's no minimum term on monthly plans. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, so nothing you're working on is cut off midway. After that, no further payment is taken and you won't be charged again.
What if a generation fails?
A generation that doesn't finish doesn't cost you anything — the credits it used go straight back to your balance. And if there's ever a problem with your payment, say a declined card, your access isn't cut off right away: it continues for 14 days while you sort it out.
