Optimsy uses cookies to improve your experience. This policy explains what, how, and why we use them.
Control which cookies you want to allow.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us provide a better user experience. They let us remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use our platform.
We use cookies to authenticate you, keep you logged in, and personalize your experience. We also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it. We also record which campaign or website led you to Optimsy. This one piece of information is kept regardless of your cookie choices and is explained separately below.
Necessary cookies for authentication and security.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Authentication & session management | 1 year |
| cookie-consent (localStorage) | Stores your cookie preferences | Until cleared |
| optimsy_attr_optout | Remembers your objection to source measurement | 1 year |
Remembers how you found Optimsy: an ad, a blog post, or a link a friend shared. Only three things are kept: the campaign tags in the link (utm), the name of the site that sent you (not the full page address), and the first page you opened. This information is never shared, never sent to ad networks, and never used to follow you across other sites. We do this based on our legitimate interest, independently of your cookie choices, so we can see which channels actually work.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| optimsy_attr | Remembers which campaign or website you came from until you sign up. When you sign up it is saved to your account and the cookie is deleted. | 30 days |
| optimsy-attribution (localStorage) | A copy of the same information in your browser, cleared together with the cookie. | 30 days |
Help us improve by collecting anonymous usage data.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics user distinction | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics session state | 2 years |
| _fbp | Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and audience attribution for Facebook and Instagram campaigns | 3 months |
| _clck, _clsk | Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps so we can see where the product is confusing | 1 year / 1 day |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads — attributes a signup or subscription back to the ad that produced it | 3 months |
Note: Third-party services (like Stripe) may set their own cookies to prevent fraud.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function correctly. You can object to source measurement: the "Turn off source measurement" button above stops it in this browser and deletes what was stored. To have the source information saved to your account deleted, email hello@optimsy.com.
Optimsy is a dashboard that helps Etsy sellers find what to sell, create product photos and digital files, and get listings ready to publish. Niche research, writing a title and 13 tags, product photography, wall art and pattern creation all live in one place, so a seller moves from research to a listing without copying data between tools.
Optimsy finds the phrases buyers actually use in Etsy search and shows how competitive each one is. SEO Expert turns that data into a 140-character title, 13 tags and a description. A seller who connects their shop can send the suggested title and tags back to the live Etsy listing, choosing with data instead of guesswork.
A seller without a shop starts with discovery: Goldmine and Blue Ocean show product ideas buyers search for but rarely find. Next, Wall Art Studio, Clip Art Studio or Photo Studio prepares the product and its images. Finally, SEO Expert writes the title and tags and the listing is sent to Etsy. Signing up is free.
Based on Etsy's own seller documentation. According to Etsy, search ranks listings by query match, listing quality and customer experience.
